Founder bio
Thomas served 22 years in the United States Army with deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. After retiring he found that baking was the quietest part of his day. The bakery grew out of that. He and his wife Tamika operate Cookies and Shipp out of Franklin, Tennessee.
