Refund Policy
Damaged or wrong orders
If your cookies arrive broken, melted in transit, or wrong, email hello@cookiesandshipp.com with a photo and your order number within 14 days of delivery. We will replace or refund — no return shipment required.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your Cookie Club subscription anytime from your account. We do not refund already-shipped boxes, but you will not be charged again after cancellation.
Custom / corporate orders
Corporate gifting orders of 10+ boxes are non-refundable once production has started. We'll work with you on issues at our discretion.
Hero box pledges
Send-a-hero-a-box pledges are charitable in nature and non-refundable once a recipient has been assigned.
Time to refund
Approved refunds are processed via Stripe within 1-2 business days. Funds typically appear in your account 5-10 business days later, depending on your bank.
