Orders

All orders are baked-to-order in Franklin, TN and shipped within 2 business days of order placement. By placing an order you authorize us to charge the payment method provided.

Pricing

Prices are in USD and may change without notice. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on shipping address.

Shipping

We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Most US orders arrive in 2-4 business days. We are not responsible for carrier delays after the package leaves our hands.

Returns

If anything arrives broken, melted, or wrong, email hello@cookiesandshipp.com with a photo and your order number. We replace or refund — no return shipment required.

Cookie Club

Cookie Club subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You can pause, skip, or cancel at any time from your account.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
